Type a few real things about you, pick a vibe, get four short bios built from them.
Most Tinder bios say the same five things: loves to travel, fluent in sarcasm, looking for a partner in crime, ask me anything. This AI Tinder bio generator does not touch any of that. You type a few real facts about your life (your job, a hobby, your dog's name, the food you would defend in court), pick a vibe, and it writes four bios that only you could have posted. Each one is under 40 words because nobody reads the long ones, and at least one ends with a hook so the first message is easy to send.
How it works
Type a few things about you. Three to six facts is the sweet spot: what you do, what you do on weekends, one weird detail, one thing you are into. "Nurse, night shifts, great pancakes, dog named Miso" gives better bios than "fun and outgoing."
Pick a vibe. Funny is the default and works for most people. Confident is direct and says what you want. Chill is warm and low pressure. Witty is a little sharp and still kind.
Get four bios and copy one. Paste it into Tinder as is, or swap a word so it sounds like you. If none of them land, add one more detail and run it again. The detail is what makes the difference.
What the dating profile bio generator does with your facts
Same facts, two very different bios. The left side is the kind of bio most people write. The right side is what the generator gave back from the same input.
Before
“I like music, travel, food and my dog. Fluent in sarcasm. Just ask.”
After
“I pick the restaurant, you pick the playlist. My dog Miso gets final say on both. Tell me the last song you had on repeat”
Input: "likes music, food, has a dog named Miso." Vibe: chill. Same facts, but now they are specific, and the bio ends with a question that is easy to answer.
Before
“Engineer. Gym. Looking for someone who can keep up.”
After
“I fix bugs for a living and I still cannot fix my sleep schedule. Gym at 6am, tacos at 6pm, no notes. Beat my 5k time and I will buy the tacos”
Input: "software engineer, runs, lifts, loves tacos." Vibe: confident. "Keep up" was a demand. The rewrite turns it into a challenge with a prize.
Before
“Just here to see what happens lol”
After
“Nurse, night shifts, so my Friday is your Tuesday. I make a great pancake and a questionable playlist. Convince me to sleep at a normal hour”
Input: "nurse, works nights, cooks breakfast food." Vibe: funny. Three real details and a job opening at the end. That last line is the whole reason people message first.
Before
“Not looking for anything serious. Don't be boring.”
After
“Grad student who reads one chapter and then reorganizes the whole bookshelf. Recommend me something and I will actually read it”
Input: "grad student, book nerd." Vibe: witty. "Don't be boring" tells people what not to do. The rewrite tells them exactly what to do: send a book.
Before
“Ask me anything”
After
“Teacher by day, terrible at pub trivia by night (I know the capitals, I panic on sports). Looking for a teammate who knows sports or at least brings the confidence”
Input: "teacher, loves trivia, bad at sports questions." Vibe: funny. A flaw you can laugh at reads as confidence, and "teammate" gives them a role to apply for.

Tips for a Tinder bio that gets messages
Specific beats impressive. "I make a great pancake" gets more replies than "I love to cook" because there is something to ask about. Every detail you add is a possible first message.
Keep it under 40 words. People swipe on photos and skim the bio. Three short lines get read. A paragraph gets skipped.
End with a hook. A question, a challenge, or a job opening ("be my GPS"). The bio should hand people their opener so they do not have to think of one.
Skip the list of demands. "Don't be boring," "must love dogs," "swipe left if." Even when true, it reads as a wall. Say what you like instead of what you will not tolerate.
One joke, not five. A bio that is all punchlines feels like a performance. One good joke next to two honest details is the mix that works.
Match the bio to the photos. If your photos are hiking and dogs, a bio about clubs feels off. The generator uses what you type, so type what your photos already show.
What to put in a Tinder bio
Three things. First, what you actually do with your time: your job if you like it, a hobby if you do not. Second, one detail that is a little odd and completely true (the plant, the trivia weakness, the pineapple). Third, something the other person can respond to. That is the whole formula, and it is the one the generator follows. What you leave out matters too: no height, no "not looking for anything serious" as an opener, no list of red flags. Those three take up space that a real detail could have used.
Once your bio is doing its job, the matches start and the next problem is the first message. The guide on best Tinder openers covers what works on Tinder specifically, and if you want a first message built around their profile, the opener tool below reads their bio and writes it.
👋 Bio done. Now the first message.
Paste their profile or a screenshot and get openers written for that exact person, so the match does not sit there for three days.
Yes. You get a few free runs a day in the browser with no account. The TextRizz app removes the limit and adds replies, openers and the chat analyzer in one place.
What should I type about myself?
Three to six real facts. Your job or what you study, one hobby, one weird detail, one thing you are into right now, and what you want if you know. The more specific, the better the bios. "Likes food" gives you nothing. "Will drive 40 minutes for a good taco" gives you a bio.
Which vibe should I pick?
Funny if you are not sure. Confident if your photos are direct and you know what you want. Chill if you want something low pressure and warm. Witty if you like a bit of an edge. You can run all four and mix lines from different results.
How long should a Tinder bio be?
Under 40 words, one to three short lines. Tinder allows 500 characters but almost nobody reads that much. Every bio the generator writes fits in that range.
Does it work for Bumble and Hinge too?
For Bumble, yes, the bios work as they are. Hinge uses prompts instead of a bio, so the same facts need to go into a prompt answer. The format is different enough that it has its own tool and its own guide.
Will my bio be the same as someone else's?
No. Every bio is written from the facts you type, so two people never get the same result. The 30 examples on this page are written for this page, and they are meant to be edited with your own details before you use them.
